Appointment Booking

Appointments are primarily booked through the online booking system (24/7) or by phone during customer service hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm). In the online booking system, the customer selects a suitable service and time and provides the necessary contact details for the booking. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

The appointment becomes binding once it has been confirmed in the system or verbally by phone. A booking confirmation is sent to the customer by email and/or text message, provided that the contact details have been given. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the booking details are correct.

The right is reserved to change the booked time if necessary, for example in the event of illness or another unforeseen obstacle. In such cases, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment.

Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments

Booked appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made by phone or text message to 041 325 5642. 

If the cancellation is made later than 24 hours before the booked appointment, or if the appointment cannot be carried out as planned due to reasons attributable to the client, the full price of the booked service will be charged. This also applies in situations where the physiotherapist is unable to arrive at the client’s location due to incorrect client information or any other obstacle caused by the client.

In cases of sudden illness or other compelling reasons, contact is requested as soon as possible in order to reschedule the appointment to another time.
