We also offer exercise guidance for companies or individuals. Guidance can also be provided remotely, allowing us to support your well-being regardless of location.
Physiotherapy Home Visits
Need help with everyday mobility? Or struggling with some kind of pain? We'll investigate the underlying cause of the problem and ways to rehabilitate it are planned to best suit your needs. The service is brought to the client and movement is assessed in the real everyday environment.
Massage and fascia treatment home visits
Tight shoulders? Massage can provide temporary relief for muscle tension or offer a moment of relaxation from everyday worries. Fascia treatments are great for treating pain.
Exercise Coaching
Need guidance to get started with exercise or advice on lifestyle changes? Meetings on these topics can take place as home visits or remotely.

- Graduated as a physiotherapist in 2026
- Work experience consists mainly of rehabilitation of older adults in a hospital environment. The goal of this rehabilitation is often to enable the client to live at home as independently as possible
- Clients and colleagues have described him as patient, calm and encouraging
- Strengths include assesment of movement and mobility, as well as listening to the client and involving them in planning their physiotherapy.
- Sports background consists mainly of combat sports and gym training
